We are a medium-sized, internationally operating company, based in

Donaueschingen/Germany, and specialise in the development and manufacture

of innovative, high-quality specialist tools for the Automotive Industry

and Aftermarket.

The GEDORE Automotive GmbH was founded under the name KLANN

Spezial-Werkzeugbau GmbH in Donaueschingen in 1978.

We have been part of the GEDORE Group since 2002. Since 1 January 2016,

in the course of the brand integration into the GEDORE Group, KLANN

Spezial-Werkzeugbau GmbH has become GEDORE Automotive GmbH.

With around 100 patents and utility models at home and abroad, GEDORE

Automotive GmbH is one of the world‘s leading manufacturers of specialist

automotive tools.

and also faster, and as a result, cheaper. To achieve this goal, we continuously

design and develop innovative specialist tools for all types of vehicles in our

fully equipped experimental workshop.

We are well aware that an immediate response to market requirements and

customer needs is of vital importance. With this in mind, we design and

manufacture our tools with state-of-the-art technology and offer practical

training courses showing the correct use of our tools in-situ on the vehicle

in our Training Centre.
