Spheretec innovations: EASYDIAG-DPF® & GREEN LINE 

Spheretec is introducing EASYDIAG-DPF®, a new software solution that was awarded a European patent in 2025. It addresses a major gap in diesel particulate filter (DPF) diagnostics: the lack of a reliable method that takes into account the actual technical characteristics of each individual DPF. Unlike so-called universal pressure values, EASYDIAG-DPF® analyzes vehicle data using a rigorous protocol to accurately assess the condition of the filter, without the need for additional hardware. 

Visitors can also get an exclusive preview at the upcoming GREEN LINE range of additives, designed to enable more precise and responsible maintenance through intelligent use of vehicle data. Live demonstrations will further highlight the latest developments in EASYDIAG®, featuring improved interfaces and algorithms for advanced engine analysis.
