Biomatic 2.0: sustainable parts cleaning 

Würth presents the Biomatic 2.0, a modern parts cleaning system specially developed for automotive workshops. This new generation of cleaning replaces traditional solvent-based products with bioremediation technology, in which micro-organisms break down oil and grease in a natural way. 

The system is environmentally friendly, safe, non-flammable and suitable for paintwork, rubber and specialised metals. Heated liquid ensures fast degreasing and self-drying parts, while an eco mode limits energy consumption. Maintenance is straightforward, requiring monthly filter replacement and fluid refilling. 

The mobile design allows the unit to be positioned close to the component being cleaned. Biomatic 2.0 is suitable for cars, trucks, machinery and industrial parts.
