Syntix showcases IONIX, a new additive and lubrication technology available both as a standalone additive and integrated into high-performance engine oils.

IONIX combines highly polar bio-esters, a synthetic PAG OSP base oil and an advanced additive package, engineered for modern engines and LSPI risks.

The combination of bio-esters and PAG OSP ensures strong boundary lubrication and a stable lubricant film under high load. IONIX reduces friction and wear while addressing challenges such as LSPI (Low Speed Pre-Ignition), increased turbo boost and stricter emission standards in downsized and GDI engines.
